We offer store credit for all returns within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment (with the exception of sales tax for returned item(s)) and our hope is that you take your time in selecting purchases. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit never expires.
All items must be unworn, with original tags attached in order to be returned for store credit.
All items are returnable with the exception of the following:
- Items marked final sale, sale, or clearance
- Gift cards
- Hats & Headbands
- Gloves and Arm Warmers
- Socks and Leg Warmers
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
The amount of store credit issued upon return approval is only for the item(s) original purchase price and does not include shipping. We cannot hold items for returns or exchanges.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to process. Once your return is processed we will issue an e-gift card with store credit for use on the website.
Any items returned after 30 days of your purchase date will not be accepted for store credit.
Tesoro Collective is not responsible for any lost returns.
How do I return an item?
- CLICK HERE and follow the instructions within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Request a return authorization by inputting the email address associated with your purchase.
- You will then receive an email prompting you to complete the return authorization request.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Select the reason you are returning the item(s).
- You will then receive a refund confirmation and mailing label via email.
- Drop off the item(s) at any USPS store.
- You will be emailed a Tesoro Collective gift card for your store credit once your return is fully processed.
